Aked Esplanad is located about 7Km from Mutiara Bukit Jalil. There are few rows of 2 1/2 storey shop houses in the area. Parts of the shop houses are occupied as offices. There are still quite a number of shops in the area to cater for the needs of the residents in Taman Esplanad. The parking spaces in the area is free. However, during weekday (office hours), the parking space available can be limited.
